Please be aware that some noise may travel between apartments, especially if doors and window are open. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Thank you for respecting our neighbors and helping everyone enjoy this peaceful retreat in Bend. We loved our stay here! The place was very clean and very comfortable and the location was incredible! We were right along the Deschutes River and could easily walk to downtown and a variety of restaurants and shops. The communication as well with the hosts was top-notch! We definitely will be returning!

This is a really cute cottage right across from Drake Park with lovely walks in all directions. It is run by an outfit called iTrip and while corporate, the communication was very personable and clear. It is about .5 miles from downtown restaurants and shops. The cottage was extremely clean and the kitchen was equipped with nice dishes, cooking pots, silverware and staples (oil, salt, pepper etc). for cooking. The towels are new and lovely and the bathroom had shampoo, etc. The king bed was firm but the frame was really squeaky. We had one morning when the hot water only lasted for one shower and it took a long time for the water to get warm one night (maybe it shares a tank with the adjoining cottage?). Outside of the cottages are cute chairs and grills and we had a nice chat with other renters there for the weekend. We were there to go to a concert at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater and it was great to just walk (.7 miles) and not deal with parking. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to enjoy a walk along the river in the morning. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance (though not if you have issues walking…but then the drive is just a minute or two away). Our only issue was with the parking. The parking is easy to find, but parking is limited…one per unit. We knew we would have one space, but came back to find all the spaces full one evening. We had to park down the street and we called the host once we got into our unit. It was eventually resolved and we went back out to relocate our vehicle into one of the spaces. NOTE: The spaces are tight and may be harder to park if you have a larger and longer vehicle. One helpful suggestion for the host. Though there is a mirror in the bedroom, it is hanging over the dresser and it is so high, it is not accessible to vertically challenged people such as myself. I could not even see the top of my head. When someone is using the bathroom, there is really no other mirror available. It would be helpful to have a full length mirror available in the bedroom too….or lower the other mirror and relocate it from over the dresser. We were preparing for a wedding, so the ironing board, which is not a stand alone, was difficult to use when ironing. Others complained about road noise, but we never heard it when we went to bed. Overall, we would definitely use the property again.
