Lovely two level house nested in a family oriented neighborhood. The spacious and bright garden level suite is all yours: your own entrance, living, dinning, bedrooms and bathroom. Owners live upstairs, always ready to help. Very convenient location: 2 minutes to bus stop, 5 minutes walking to MacDonald, Subway and Pizza. 10 km to airport, 20 minutes drive to Richmond where you can find all kinds of delicious restaurants, 30 minutes drive to downtown, Vancouver. Two small parks and one elementary school close by.

Home was typical of other homes in the area. Was close to our relatives who live two streets away. The owners were easy to communicate with and no issues arose. I will say that being in the 1st floor you can hear walking from the 2nd floor and it was usually late in the night. It didnt prevent us from our sleep but had to get used to it.
