Pets
We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.
Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.
Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $55 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $55 per month.
During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification
All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.
The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.
Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”
BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

We loved its location. The little balcony over the pool was great. Not your job but the management of that building really needs to clean the steps and the loungers and the step where the loungers are they have a little robot cleaner that cleans the pool. The pool was pretty clean, but it's so dusty in Atlanta and the steps the little robot couldn't get up on them and they don't clean the loungers or the big step with the loungers on them so that's just a little feedback that your company can give to the management of the building. We loved the apartment all the amenities we it was great to be able to wash and dry the clothes and iron the beds were clean and comfortable. The TVs worked great the appliances were great. There was one outlet that didn't work so we thought the toaster was broken, but we moved it and then it worked fine. We have definitely five stars and it would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and at night. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed, was very organized and was spitlessly clean.

I accidentally double tapped at the end of my review so I'm not going to retype all I said. It was a nice stay, maintenance fixed what they could and online support was quick and helpful. Check in was different this year but a good change up.

Overall, this was a good stay. It's a great location near the event we attended. No issues with other residents. Parking is great! I thought the whole retrieving your keys and all the steps to follow were a little overwhelming at first but I was able to get everything done successfully! I wasn't sure at first which is why I kept going back to the garage repeatedly to make sure my car wasn't towed or booted. One thing about the apartment itself is the breaker kept tripping in the bedroom. It was very random and would usually happen in the middle of the night. We would wake up with no AC and the ceiling fan off so it was hot and stuffy. Something kept tripping it but we had nothing plugged in other than our smart phone charger. My wife tried calling the manager and got a voicemail to leave her number and they would call back but no one ever did. Other than that, everything was fine.
