Welcome to your well-presented 3-bedroom unit, ideally situated on the first floor to offer captivating views over Kings Beach and out to sea across the shipping lanes. Designed to comfortably sleep 5 guests.
Bedrooms:
Main bedroom: Queen bed, private ensuite.
Second bedroom: Two single beds.
Third bedroom: King single bed.
Bathrooms:
Private ensuite in the master bedroom.
Second bathroom with a shower-over-tub.
Living & Kitchen Area:
Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.
Well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave.
TV provided in the living area.
Amenities & Features:
Large balcony to enjoy sea air and views.
Laundry facilities available.
Ceiling fans supplied for comfort (no air conditioning).
Intercom system and security screens throughout for peace of mind.
Please note that Wi-Fi is not available at this property.
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Please note this building is also non smoking - no smoking allowed in the stairwells, units or balconies.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Saturday or a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival.

Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom unit, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and the private balcony.
Parking:
Enjoy the convenience of a lock-up garage for your vehicle.

Everything needed for the kids in the apartment including games and books.
Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all of which I consider essential with kids.

Recently stayed at this property. We found the following issues:
1. Our linen was not at unit upon arrival.
2. Keys needed to be collected from in town as no onsite manager.
3. Main street is a 15 min walk away, which is too far when travelling with small children.
4. Only 1 set of key issued for property, when we had 5 staying at unit.
5. Faulty lock on front door. Got locked out of property, then advised not to use both door locks.
6. Basic TV only
7. No WiFi at this property
8. No extractor fans in bathroom, so doors must be left open when showering.
9. Dryer does not switch off once it passes the end of drying time.
10. Furniture and fittings are a little dated.
It's a basic stay, a short walk from beach.
