Good location, calm and agreeable. However, one bedroom is in the basement w/o window, house had humidity smell in basement, kitchen and all bathrooms. Basic equipment and lack of a few kitchen accessories. No BBQ outside (not listed, but a must for the location), garage street door with sync problems, no oven (only microwave), living room portable AC not working properly (missing exhaustion cable for water)...a few things to improve...
