About this apartment rental

Alohana Waikiki Banyan 2514. This 25th floor, one bedroom corner unit condo at the Waikiki Banyan Tower 2 has 2 full size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. It will accommodate up to 4 people.

Enjoy the LCD flat screen TV or cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Free high-speed internet, WI-fi provided.

The balcony is perfect for outdoor relaxing and watching the surfers in Waikiki. Enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee from your private lanai while you enjoy the spectacular views!

Bathroom has recently been upgraded with new flooring and a standard door at the entry, providing more space in the interior of the bathroom and toilet area. We are also working on additional furniture upgrades and decorations. New photos coming soon!

Free private wifi and standard cable are both included with the rental. One Free Parking stall in the building garage is included with the rental.

Additional parking is available in the building garage for $43*/day with in and out privileges. (*rates subject to change)

NOTICE: Recreation Deck Constructions Starts April 7 2025
The Waikiki Banyan Recreation Deck Construction project commences April 7 2025. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor seating, children’s playground, snack bar/restaurant, and BBQ area will be closed during the project. Some noise is to be expected during work hours.
The project has an estimated finish date of June 30 2026
Our rates have been significantly discounted for the inconvenience of the pool and recreation deck closure.
There is a large sheltered saltwater swimming area 2 blocks away on Waikiki beach for you to enjoy while the pool is closed.

The lobby and property entry has the feeling of the Hawaiian Ohana. Just one block from Waikiki beach, this is the perfect Waikiki getaway. Within walking distance are the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, Waikiki Shell concert hall, the newly renovated International Marketplace, restaurants, live music venues, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, hiking, farmers markets, and many more fun activities.

Our family of four adults was visiting Waikiki for a couple of days. This unit was perfect for us. We had a rental car so the parking space was a great feature. However, the location is walking distance to everything so we didn’t need to drive much.

Couple blocks from the beach with awesome view from bedroom and living room. Corner unit with more space than others. Walking distance to Me’s BBQ, Musubi Cafe Iyasume and a lot more.Place needs another mirror besides in the bathroom.Needs extra rolls of bathroom tissue without needing to ask for it. Need pest control service more often with having kitchen in most of the units.

Location was great but the facility needs a major facelift. The unit needs paint, a shower curtain liner that is clean and without mold and more storage space for guests. Many spaces had notes “For owner use only”. Closet was full of owners property leaving little room for guest clothes. I would not recommend the unit. The property manager, however, was very responsive.
