Newly renovated, clean and spacious studio in Waikiki. Unit is on 10th floor of the Hawaiian Monarch Hotel/Condo building and comes with queen bed, kitchenette, full bath.
Walk to Waikiki beach, Waikiki strip, convention center, restaurants, shops and many other Waikiki attractions in this newly renovated, clean and spacious unit.
The building offers a pool, Jacuzzi, large sun deck, barbecue grills, gym (one time $5 per guest usage fee), coin laundry, common area wifi, a bar and café.
Attached covered parking available at rate of $40/per 24 hours with in & out privileges. They take cash only.
Luggage storage service provided by our security office on the lower lobby level for $5 per bag.
There is 24 hour building security.
Smart cars rental is on the premises and other car, scooter and bike rentals companies are nearby within few minutes walking distance.

All good. Just be aware of parking. You can find free street parking about a few blocks away. The parking in building is $40 a day Cash!

Host was most definitely helpful with early check in and late checkout. Place is perfect for accommodation if you are always out and about.

Normally don't review places, but felt compelled to. This place wasn't awful, it's just that it's not what you might guess from the few pictures. Says remodeled and technically that is true as it has some updated from original. features. But there are no real window coverings, the place wasn't the cleanest upon arrival, and the bathroom is cramped and in need of updating. Shower tub is chipped and older, vanity is peeling and tile grout is missing. The bed and other furniture was not of great quality, and the mattress and pillows were spotty. The HVAC unit is old and very loud, and struggles to keep up. The price of the rental was a bit lower than many of the similar condos, but understand you get what you pay for. With a VRBO rating of near 5 I expected much more. To me, it's more of a 3.5-4 rated place.
