Tiroroa in Queenstown offers the perfect spot to sit back and have a relaxing holiday, located close to town, it is situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac, elevated for sun and unbelievable views.

Outdoor living is provided by 2 huge balconies. A great way to sit and plan your day ahead or unwind and relax with a glass of your favourite indulgence whilst taking in the breath-taking views of downtown Queenstown with a backdrop of the Remarkable Mountains and Lake Wakatipu. The modern contemporary kitchen would be a delight for any aspiring gourmet chef. A gas fire in the living area creates a warm ambience on chilly winter evenings. A Bose surround sound entertainment system with 2 flat screen TV's complete the ambience in the living room. With its three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, Tiroroa offers a variety of sleeping arrangements that would suit all groups on holiday, whether it is for a family, extended family or a group of friends holidaying together. At the end of a long day on the slopes or tramping, you can enjoy a long relaxing soak in the luxury spa pool, which sits on the top deck off the master bedroom and has the most mind blowing view possible!

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. This may be flexible depending on bookings.

Tiroroa approximately a 5 minute drive or 40 minute walk into town.

Remarkable views of The Remarkable Mountains. Very spacious for four adults. Appreciated the attached garage especially since we had rainy weather - much easier for loading and unloading the car. The heated master bathroom floor and heated blankets on all beds were a big bonus. Highly recommend.

The house is lovely but the view is just superb. Waking up in the master bedroom to the view from the bed was magical.
