Good location in Manga, but still walkable to the centre. Air conditioned room, free water/tea/coffee and shower with warm water.
Window of the original bathroom was broken, and took a lot of effort to explain that it would invalidate our travel insurance despite speaking in Spanish (albeit not perfect). We were told there wasn't another room and we couldn't get a refund, as we'd signed a contract (before seeing the room). Only when we asked for a guarantee that it would be fixed in the morning, or we'd need to cancel through booking.com was another room found. The new room was bigger and better, so we were grateful, but it was very tired looking - the sink was hardly attached to the wall, marks on the walls, hooks hanging off the wall in the bathroom.
