Ero in zona perchè avevo una gara di golf che durava due giorni quindi ho prenotato per dormire in questa struttura. Purtroppo nel primo giorno di gara ho subito un grave infortunio alla testa e sono dovuto rientrare a casa per andare in ospedale a fare una tac. Per questo motivo non ho potuto soggiornare nella struttura prenotata. Metto comunque un giudizio positivo per la buona comunicazione dei gestori e per la facilità di comunicazione con loro.

The property was very centrally located in the town of Piedmonte Etneo, close to shops and restaurants. It was nice to have a selection of breakfast foods supplied and water in the fridge when we arrived.

- There was a constant smell coming from the bathroom, we tired to pour water down the drain to see if it would go but it did nothing to fix it. - The shower was awkwardly small. If you are anything bigger than a petite person you will find it awkward and way too small, if you are anything larger than average it may be too small for you to even get inside. - A safety issue we had was that the curtains for the window/door upstairs were transparent and basically see through. This was an issue as the curtains are directly in front of the bed and at night a street light across the street shines directly into the window, straight through the curtain, allowing a clear view into the apartment while you are asleep. This left us feeling a little unsafe at night as we didn’t have the option to close the outside shutter on the windows/door as the air conditioner tubing was in the way and the curtain was transparent in front of the window. - We had very cold weather for May and assumed that we would be able to heat the property up, but the air conditioner did not warm up (was set to the highest temperature) after having it on the highest temperature and giving it plenty of time to adjust. - Having extra pillows available to put on the bed would increase comfort at night as the pillows provided were thin and we did not find them comfortable. - Had to leave our luggage down stairs as the stairs were too narrow and steep.
