Grote en rustige kamers, die koel blijven in de zomer, dank zij de ligging aan het riviertje tussen de bomen. Uitstekend gelegen, zowel voor bezoek aan Besse (te voet) als voor uitstapjes met de auto (gelegen aan uitvalswegen). Tuin in twee niveaus om even buiten te zitten met een boek, stalling voor fietsen (of ski's). Parking vlakbij aan het rond punt.
Bij het ontbijt enkel confituur (geen kaas of vlees), verder wel telkens een croissant en twee soorten brood (+ yoghurt en 3 soorten ontbijtgranen). Op de kamers geen TV (op zich geen probleem), maar ook geen waterkoker of koffiemachientje. Er komen wel nieuwe uitbaters, die deze kleine minpunten wel gaan aanpakken.
