Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough, upgraded to a room with heating and we needed it as it was cold at night. Food fabulous, best dhal we have had and made sure all dishes weren’t too spicy for us. The chef made an amazing cake for my friend’s 45th wedding anniversary, delicious!

Room size and the amenities were on a lower side when compared to the price paid for it

They clean rooms themselves and provide fresh towels without asking.
Rooms had no Air conditioning and they charge hefty amount like any chain of hotels like Raddison.
Buffet was included in the package, but it had no starters.
The prices are too high and not upto the mark.
