Cisza, wyposażenie obiektu: ręczniki, sztućce, talerze i garnki we wspólnej kuchni, żelazko i deska do prasowania. Znajomi, którzy mieszkali przy marinie narzekali na portowe hałasy, tu jest cisza i spokój.
plażą porośnięta trawą, choć podobno jest i plaża piaszczysta, "biała".

Bardzo dobre warunki noclegowe, bardzo czysto, śnieżnobiałe ręczniki, wygodne łóżko, dobre oświetlenie w pokoju i łazience, lampka nocna przy łóżku, bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, balkon ze stolikiem i krzesełkami, no i ta cisza, a rano słychać śpiew ptaków i usłyszałam nawet kukanie kukułki. W chłodniejsze dni od razu zostało włączone ogrzewanie, gospodyni bardzo miła i uczynna. Dość blisko do dworca PKP.
Do pełni szczęścia przydałby się w łazience płyn do mycia rąk , szampon czy płyn pod prysznic nie jest konieczny, bo każdy używa wg własnych upodobań, ale płyn do rąk ułatwiłby pobyt w pierwszym dniu

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, czyste, sensownie umeblowane. Właściciel zadbał aby pokój był nagrzany pomimo obecności w maju.
