Staff are very friendly, none of my complaints are their fault they’re all lovely. Wifi worked well. “Discretion,” if that is something you’re looking for (I wasn’t).

This is not a hotel for tourists or travelers. They have the option to rent in 4 hour blocks, the room service menu includes adult items, and they are big on privacy and discretion — it is clear upon arrival what clientele they serve. Lots of unwashable plush surfaces. No keys were provided, garage could be closed from inside and it was just assumed that guests won’t leave their rooms I suppose. Bed is very hard and didn’t come with any blankets, only sheet and questionable slip cover. Air conditioning is set to 16C and there is no remote, you can turn it off with the switch but can’t control the temperature. Towels had stains and giant holes. Not a nice environment unless you’re looking for a cheap place to rent by the hour.

I think this might be a sort of love hotel with the 4 hour or overnight rental option and a rather full room service menu. Including lots of food, drink, and a few adult items. It was a very comfortable stay and would stay again.

the room was clean

the level of noise was just unbearable. Our room seemed to be next to the staff toilet and we could hear them going to the toilet, showering, etc. Also there were staff members outside all night long and we could hear them talking as if they were inside the room. I wouldn’t recommend going there with your family. we chose it for the price and considering we were just staying in Cordoba for the night during transit, but the place is catered for couples seeking something different from sleeping if you know what I mean

our room was next to a staff room or laundry room and we could hear people talking, working, singing, the radio and a small child so my husband had trouble sleeping after a long drive

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, above and beyond what one might expect. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

The tv remote didn’t work, but all the channels are in Spanish, and my Spanish is not very good

Very nice and pleasant stay.

Easy check in, no problem at all with our three large dogs. The room was beautiful and clean. We were able to order a wonderful dinner. Great facility and a real value for your money.

The overall grounds are very nice. Very clean and very secure.

Small things, but they add up. Very confusing check in. Having never stayed there before and not fluent in Spanish it was confusing. The people were more than helpful and friendly. It would be laborious to go into detail. Also there was no instructions on how to operate the TV ( which never did work), or the a/c. Light switches that do nothing. One quarter roll of toilet paper and no extra. This all sounds petty, but after a ten hour drive it all added up to more aggravation than we needed. Having said this, please read "What I liked about it".

Y el clima, el clima ya está muy viejo, dejó de funcionar y se congeló de ahí en fuera la habitación. Todos estuvo en condiciones limpio todo, pero el clima, el clima no frío, se congeló y se descompuso medianoche y no empezado a vender puro aire nada de Clima.
