About this house rental
Please take note this home is extremely clean inside and outside. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the home.
Home is 300 feet from Wells beach. Less than a minute walk to the beach. No need to look for a beach parking space or pay a beach parking fee. The beach is that close !!! The home has spectacular views of the Webhannet River especially a sundown from the rear decks. You can see and hear the ducks on the river.

If you want to be in the heart of Wells Beach this is the vacation home for you
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a 2 car garage (possible parking for 3 cars - 2 in garage and one on the driveway). Please take note that compact and midsize cars fit well in the garage. (2 queen size beds, 1 California king bed). The home has all hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and baths. House has a washer and dryer. Brand new stainless steel appliances, freshly painted and the best location to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation

This is our 3rd year staying at this home. This year, we traveled with our 2 children (4 and 15 months) as well as my in laws. We love the convenience of being able to walk to the beach with a wagon, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and having the space to spread out. We brought a foldable baby gate/playpen to make the space safe for our toddler which was an easy accommodation! We look forward to returning in the future!

We have been staying in Wells for many years renting different homes close to the beach. This was the cleanest home we have stayed at, beautifully decorated and close to shops and a couple of restaurants.The space worked out for our family allowing my son with ASD to have a separate living space for his video games. Eva was very responsive and kind when she greeting us upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and I slept great! My son who is sensitive to sounds could hear cars outside his bedroom at times, but nothing major. The parking worked for us, but note if you have 3 cars you may need to move them throughout the week depending on who goes where. We made it work and will definitely stay here again!
