Spend leisurely days between the glittering coast and the property’s amazing amenities -- including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a sauna, as well as an on-site tiki bar and restaurants.

LIVING AREA
Relax after beach days in the ocean-view living area, which provides a queen-size sleeper sofa, an electric fireplace, and an Apple TV.
The den presents an additional living space with a full-size sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty meals and beach snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space.
When it’s time to eat, dine together at the six-person table. Expand to eight if needed.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms, a full-size sleeper sofa in the den, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
The primary bedroom offers a comfy king-size bed, an Apple TV, and access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.
Find comfort in the second bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a Roku TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Sip morning coffee on the private balcony, which boasts stunning ocean views.

Nestled on the north side of town, this condo provides a superb locale away from the city center. However, when you want to experience the attractions of Ocean City, downtown is only 15 minutes away.
Enjoy dinner at the on-site restaurant or drive to a wide variety of delicious eateries within a 5-minute drive. To discover more of the beauty of the region, make a visit to Fenwick Island State Park or Northside Park.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony. No smoking is allowed in the building. - Linens are provided. This includes bedding, sheets and bath towels. Bring your own beach towels.
- Building registration fee. The Plaza charges a $80 fee which must be paid at check-in. This fee is in addition to the rental fees paid when booking. The registration fee includes garage parking for up to two cars. Additional parking may also be available for $20/day per car which can be paid on-site. There is also a public parking lot within 1/2 block of the unit. No street parking is permitted.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

We’ve been coming to OC for 30 yrs for our family vacation. This unit is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beds are comfortable, the whole place was very clean which I feel is very important, and the kitchen was supplied with everything needed. Check-in was the best. We were able to get in earlier than the stated time. That allowed us to beat the rush at the elevators. Robin, the owner, was quick to respond to questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great ocean front view. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Good location in OCMD. Kitchen well equipped. Owner was very responsive to questions. A few items in the apartment were a bit older/broken but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. Owner did offer to have someone come fix one item but we opted to not do so. Building not asking for anyone to mask in common areas/elevators for those who are COVID conscious, although this is likely more the rule than exception at the beach these days unfortunately.
