About this apartment rental
Blue Lupine is a four-story condo on the gulf which opens into a 50 foot newly furnished atrium with palms, indoor plants and skylight. Our condo unit 421 is located on the fourth floor on the west side, with a lovely view of the Gulf and sunsets. The unit has 3 bedrooms which consist of a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, 2 twin beds in the third bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa. It is 1680 square feet with 400 square foot balcony. The master bed room is located at one end of the unit and has king bed, a walk-in shower, jacuzzi and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a private bath , queen size bed and a door to the balcony. The third bed room has 2 twin beds with a full bath in the hall. All the bedrooms have a TV in them. There is a furnished kitchen, linens are also furnished, dishwasher and A washer-dryer.
A newly equipped fitness room is available to guest there is 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 cross-trainers, weight machines and free weights. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the gulf. Parking is under the building and there are elevators at each end.
We are located within 5 miles of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach (once again on the list of top beaches in the USA). We are about 25 miles west of Panama City and 15 miles east of Deston. Silver sands outlet maul and Destin Commons shopping mall about 15 minutes drive.

My family just left after a week stay at this condo. Overall our experience was good. The location to the beach is fantastic for families. But the pictures of the inside of the condo need to be updated. We were pretty disappointed to see that the “living room view” of the beach is nonexistent anymore due to several houses that must of popped up since the picture was taken. Also, the condo could really use some more blankets available for the guests. During our stay we had to go buy some because the beds just had 1 sheet and 1 comforter each. All the outdoor furniture was top notch, but most of the inside is a bit run down. Would definitely go back, but wish the listing description was a little more accurate.

We really enjoyed our week staying here. The beach was not crowded and we had beach chairs/umbrellas available each day. Our experience with the beach chair service was first come first serve. They opened at 8:30 but people started lining up a little before 8:00 in hopes of first row seating. *They do not reserve chairs* (for free). The water view is between this building and the house next door. The kitchen was well stocked with what items we needed during our stay. Scottie the owner was quick to respond to my questions about the unit prior to our stay through VRBO but also followed up with a phone call to make sure he answered my questions. We had no problem with the unit but felt confident if we did Scottie would be quick to help.

My family loved everything about this condo. The community was quiet and peaceful. We were right on the beach and the steps were not too tough for my mother in law to navigate. The balcony allowed a view of the ocean. We appreciated having the beach chairs included. We took advantage of the grill twice. Scottie was helpful and responsive.

We loved staying here. The condo is well equipped. Easy beach and pool access great communication with owner. Condo updated since VBRO pictures taken.
