This adorable riverside home on the Chestatee is just minutes from historic downtown Dahlonega, wineries and wedding venues. Only 7 miles from GA 400, the location is central to everything you would want to do and see. Enjoy the scenery and wildlife from the large covered deck, rain or shine. You can hear the peaceful sound of nearby rapids from the deck. Songbirds, as well as duck, blue herons, deer and the elusive river otter make an appearance from time to time. No Smoking Indoors, NO Pets & NO Parties or Events.

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home. The home was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Our stay coincided with our daughter's softball games, and we looked forward to returning to the peaceful atmosphere each day. We would definitely choose to stay in this home again if we were to return to the area. It was fully equipped and had spacious bedrooms.

This is truly an outstanding property. Fully stocked kitchen for any need to assist in cooking. Beautiful furniture that was extremely comfortable. The scenery is unbelievable, the location…perfect. Watched a bald eagle, blue heron and several deer. Best of all was the owner, our neighbor who welcomed us, and came by to wish us well when we left. We love Dahlonega, and will always keep this home in the forefront.

House was immaculate. Was not aware that the owner was only feet away. Riverbank was not cleaned up enough to fish. Felt like everything we did was being watched. At times, the owner was making too much noise for us to enjoy porch time.
