Escape to Waterville Valley and enjoy this spacious, privately situated 3-bedroom, 2,200-square-foot Forest Knoll condo, offering peaceful wooded views and easy access to everything the Valley has to offer.
Tucked away at the rear of the building, Forest Knoll D1 is just a short stroll from Waterville Valley Town Square, the Mountain Athletic Club, golf course, and sledding hill. Skiers will appreciate the convenient shuttle access to Waterville Valley Resort—just one stop from the mountain and the first stop on the return trip. Hiking and mountain biking trails are also easily accessible.
The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a Roku TV, gas fireplace, and inviting four-season screened-in porch overlooking the woods. The spacious primary suite includes a new king bed, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. A separate half bath completes this level.
The lower level offers plenty of additional space for families to spread out and relax. A cozy bonus living room features a second TV, gas fireplace, kitchenette, pull-out daybed that converts to a king, and private porch. Down the hall, a second primary suite includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. A third bedroom features two sets of new twin bunk beds, with an additional full bathroom nearby.
For added convenience, the condo includes a washer and dryer, along with a spacious utility closet with plenty of room to store gear and hang wet ski clothes after a day on the slopes.

Great place to stay. Lots of room with comfortable beds and the 3 1/2 bathrooms are a real bonus. Also during our stay, Waterville was having a heatwave which was not much of a problem because the lower level in the condo was always about 10 degrees cooler than the rest. This was our 3rd stay at this property and as before all was great. Plan to come back again in the future.

The condo was perfect for large families staying together. Many sleeping options. Was disappointed in lack of cleanliness in kitchen upon arrival. The condo was very comfortable & had a homey feel. Has everything you need. Excellent location !
