About this apartment rental
Treviso Bay is a beautiful golf and country club community in South Naples located just minutes away from Naples famous 5th Avenue and 3rd Street elite shopping & entertainment district, and pristine beaches...also minutes from Marco Island.
This unit is a 2nd floor Antonia model, with bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo for great privacy so you feel like you have your own private wing/oasis! Everything you can possibly need is provided to make you feel right at home...including gourmet kitchen appointments (Keurig, Ralph Lauren crystal, Calphalon cookware), luxury linens and towels, high end furnishings and decor, laundry in unit, private lanai overlooking a beautiful nature setting, an office "nook" with a desk, beach chairs and towels, state of the art TV's, WIFI and high speed internet, and utilities included. The in-unit laundry has full sized machines so you can wash all your beach towels and then some! The unit is located in the Giaveno community, which has it's own private pool and gas grills within steps of the unit, and it's a 2 minute walk to the golf clubhouse/restaurant etc which has great food and a great ambiance, which is accessible to you!
A couple days a week there is a farmers market with everything fresh from meat, seafood, vegetables, cheese etc right next to the golf clubhouse, just steps from your unit.
Our unit is on the second floor, right across from the Giaveno pool, and other tenants have told us this is a huge benefit since it's so close to the condo and they can refresh a drink, grab a snack, grill out dinner at the pool grills, and just go up a flight of stairs to reach the unit. There is also an elevator.
As much as we love pets, this rental is not available for dogs or cats.
Available with or without social membership that will allow access to La Piscina which is the big pool/ Tiki bar, Gym, tennis, pickle ball, and the Golf Clubhouse restaurant (steps from the condo). Member transfer fees are based on the current rate and availability which we can address upon a booking inquiry, and the minimum is 1 month at $400 per month for reservations made in 2023. For rentals less than 1 month, the social membership is not available per the condo association rules. Unfortunately, the golf membership is not available from November 1st-June 1st.
We own this condo, and are not property managers, therefore this is our only rental property...our "baby", so we treat it well and hope you do too! We have owned a home in Naples since 2013 as "snowbirds", so we take the management of this property seriously and hope to make sure your visit to Naples is amazing!

Gina’s place was amazing! Perfect location to everything we wanted to do on this trip. We come down every year, sometimes multiple times per year, and would love to make her condo our go to place to stay every time. If you get the opportunity we would highly recommend Gina’s condo! Thanks again for everything!

Can't say enough about this place. The instructions for arrival that the host provided were spot on. Great communication with the host, pleasure to deal with. The condo is comfortable (BEDS are very comfortable), very clean. Any amenity that you would need is provided. Thank you!

Great spot for exploring the southwest coast of Florida! Gated community (Treviso Bay) with tons of services nearby. Clean, quiet, and friendly! Miss Gina is very accommodating and had great communication. The condo is just the right size for two people and you even have your own parking spot.
We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in that area of Florida!
