The apartment is located in small place Krilo Jesenice, next to the pebble beach on the Adriatic coastal road from Dubrovnik and Makarska to Split. From the historic city of Split and the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian is 16 km away, from the old pirate town of Omis is 9 km away, from Makarska is 45 km away, and from Dubrovnik is 200 km away. The apartment is located 27 km from the airport and 16 km from the port (for a day trip on the Adriatic islands and Hvar in particular).
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the domestic tourism house, facing the sea with sweeping views of the islands from the terrace. The beach is 30 meters from the house, so your accommodation offers a full day to enjoy swimming, fishing, diving and other water sports. We also offer free use of kayaks to all guests during their stay in the house. it is very suitable for families with children. Car parking is provided and free of charge. Very close to the apartment is market, restaurant, caffe bar, beach bar and a bus station.
The apartment has one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds and one single sofa bed. The apartment has a terrace of 25 m2 with a large dining table and lounge chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, spacious living area where is the sofa. The apartment has a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet.
Split and Omis offers numerous opportunities for high quality entertainment and a lot of quality restaurants where you can taste and enjoy in local food. Also from there you can book many different one day trips to islands. If you are more interested in sport activities, then you can enjoy in the canyon of the river Cetina with many possibilities as rafting, zip line and canyoning. A rafting trip takes about 4-5 hours. Participation is open to adults of all ages and children over 8 years. About 65 kilometers from the apartment is National Park Krka, which is among the finest and most attractive in Europe.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It is well equipped for all your needs. Lovely outdoor seating area where we ate all our meals. The grocery store is literally next door. The beach is across the (busy) road. There are lots of things to do (zip line, rafting, visiting UNESCO sights) but we simply relaxed at the beach.

Alles war wirklich nur perfekt-vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag!
Wir-eine Familie mit zwei Kindern plus ein Hund-haben jeden Tag unseres Aufenthaltes-immerhin zweieinhalb Wochen-wirklich nur genossen.
Sehr nette, gast-, kinder- und hundefreundliche Gastgeber. Von Anfang an guter E-Mail-Kontakt, alle Fragen wurden schnell-meistens im Laufe von 1-2 Stunden-und sachlich beantwortet...
Ivana und ihr Mann warteten auf uns (wir kamen ein paar Stunden später als geplant) und begrüßten mit nicht gerade kleinen Snacks und Getränken; selbst unser Hund wurde dabei nicht vergessen (Ivana hatte übrigens immer was für ihn und dadurch sein Herz endgültig erobert). Man hat uns alles gezeigt, erklärt und reichlich Tipps sowie touristische Informationen (Prospekte, Karten etc.) zur Verfügung gestellt... Eines Tages gab es ein von Ivana und ihrem Mann servierter Grillabend-mit allem was dazu gehört ;-) ... Mmmm... das war sehr lecker und warmherzig!... Geschenke zum Abschied-nicht zu vergessen!..
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich, dabei geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet (mehr als ausreichend) Platz für eine Familie mit Kindern. Alles ist sehr sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Bettwäsche (wird wöchentlich gewechselt) und Handtücher, Küchen- und Toilettenutensilien... große geschlossene Terrasse-eine sichere Zuflucht selbst an heißesten Tagen. Übrigens: eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage ist auch da-so, dass wir nie mit der Hitze in der Wohnung kämpfen mussten.
Der wohl einzige Wermutstropfen könnte vielleicht für jemanden eine stark befahrene Straße sein, die man überqueren muss, um zum Strand zu gelangen, wir unsererseits fanden das gar nicht schlimm. Aber dafür ist man schon nach einer Minute am Strand (Kies, kristallklares Wasser...)
Die Lage ist gut: ein kleines Geschäft (alles Notwendige), ein Restaurant (gute Küche, offene Terrasse)-beides in 3-5 min zu Fuß erreicht, 10 min Autofahrt-Omis (alte Piratenstadt: eine Burg, Altstadt mit engen Gässchen und vielen Restaurants, Pizzerias etc., Cetina Canyon, alles umgeben von Bergrücken... echt malerisch schön, unbedingt anschauen!). Die nächstgrößere Stadt (ca. 15-30 min Autofahrt, je nach Verkehrslage) ist Split, ansonsten viele kleinere Städtchen und Dörfer in der Nähe...
