Apartment LUX is a modern new apartment of 65m2 located in a detached, newly built 2 bedroom house - both with king size beds. The living room is spacious with a large sofa bed for 2 additional persons, dining room, modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and all necessary appliances and dishes. Fully equipped newly renovated bathroom with shower, washing machine is also available. Large terrace in front of the house with table and chairs, on the terrace there is a fully equipped barbecue. The entire terrace and house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers dominated by the scent of lavender. Free parking for two cars. Free wi-fi. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The beach is only a few meters (10m) away from the apartment, the beach is suitable for children. Apartment is for accommodating up to 6 people, ideal for families with children! We enjoyed a wonderful family summer holiday. The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and has everything you need. It’s located directly at a nice beach, not to crowded and mainly visited by friendly locals. Ivan is the perfect host and also has a very friendly family. Ivan and Ivana welcomed us in person with a wine from their own production and some further attentions. The appartment is located conveniently to the Krk national park and many beautiful historical cities nearby. It has all convenience such as full air condition, moskito nets and is fully equipped with all required items. We have passed a very nice week, thank you so much, Ivan and Ivana !

As an active VRBO user, we experienced our best overall experience at Ivan’s beautiful 2 bedroom home by the sea in quiet Brodarica. Ivan greeted us personally, walked through the house, chatted about the surrounding area’s highlights and left us with a nice welcome package including home-grown grapes. Clearly a caring host, extremely personable, excellent communicator and takes pride in his home and neighbourhood.The 2 bedroom detached house was in a very quiet community and a 30 second walk to the sea (on the other side of the street) with nice swimming (pebble beach and concrete) area, suitable for kids. It resides in a family orientated neighbourhood with rows of detached homes, many having their shoreline dock and swimming area. There also a number of restaurants to choose from within walking distance.The house is extremely well appointed with brand new furniture and appliances throughout. This home is the best equipped stay we have experienced. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom shower was excellent, kitchen was loaded with supplies, and it had a very comfortable living room space to relax with a nice size table to eat at (seats 6). Screens were on all windows, so you could let the cool breeze run through without the worry of bugs (also had air conditioning in every room!). We were only two, but this home could comfortably fit 4 adults or a family (with extra 2 on a couch). Another highlight was its beautiful garden and patio to sit out on that was shaded and a cool resting spot – we spent time on the patio!We cannot say enough about this home and its location. It provided a quiet place to be, and only 8 minute car ride to Sibenik (probably the most beautiful city in Croatia), and a 30 minute drive to Krka National Park. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough. We will definitely be back to stay in Ivan’s place and highly recommend it to all visitors!

Das süße Häuschen mit nahezu direkter Strandlage eignet sich super für einen erholsamen, gemütlichen Badeurlaub! Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ist sehr sauber, in einem einwandfreien Zustand und lädt zu einem gemütlichen, angenehmen Aufenthalt ein! Ich kann das Häuschen jedem wärmstens empfehlen! Die Umgebung ist auch super, es hat alles was es braucht: Restaurant, Strandbars, ein kleiner Supermarkt und natürlich - am aller wichtigsten - das mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichende Meer! Ganz toll! :)

Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Hat alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Grosser Kühlschrank, Spül- und Waschmaschine, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche hält. In allen Räumen eine leistungsstarke Klimaanlage, an allen Fenstern für diese Region extrem wichtige Mückengitter. Schönes Bad mit toller Dusche und bequeme Betten. Alles sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist auch toll mit schönem Blick von der Hollywoodschaukel auf das Meer. Zwei Stellplätze direkt vor dem Haus, einer davon bis Mittag im Schatten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts sehr gut.

Herzliche Begrüßung der Eigentümer mit kalten Getränken und Snacks. Sehr schönes, sauberes Häusle. Mit frischen Lavendel in der Vase, kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Alles da, was man braucht! Natürlich ist der kurze Weg zum Strand perfekt! Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in nicht einmal 5 min erreichbar. Große Terrasse mit Grill und Hollywoodschaukel. Jeder Zeit wieder! Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich inkl. Begrüßungsgetränk aus eigener Produktion. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Zum Strand ist es weniger als eine Minute! Ein idealer Ort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und super nett!

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl es rundum Nachbarn gibt,ist man durch die Terrasse und den Weg ums Haus, für sich.Man hat alles was man bracht und wird dazu noch Ivan und seiner Familie super umsorgt. Und.......es sind tatsächlich nur ein paar Meter bis zum Meer.(Fußweg 1 Minute) WIR hatten eine super erholsame Zeit.......Vielen Dank

Wir haben den Urlaub mit Teenie (13 J.) und Oma (75 J.) hier verbracht. Unser Sohn hat auf der Schlafcouch übernachtet, war super bequem. Tolle Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Objekt liegt in zweiter Reihe hinter den Eigentümern. Tolle, ruhige Lage. Schöner Strandbereich direkt am Haus. Ivan und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, haben uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen und Tipps gegeben. Wirklich tolle Gastgeber !! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen !! Vielen Dank an Ivan und Ivana mit Familie !

Wir haben in dem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus 2,5 sehr erholsame Urlaubswochen verbracht. Bei unserer Ankunft sind wird von Ivan und Ivana sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Ivan hat sich zwischendurch immer wieder erkundigt, ob es uns gut geht und ob wir etwas brauchen. Wirklich sehr aufmerksam. Kurzum, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

(english version below) Das Appartement ist voll ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ermöglicht jeden Komfort, wir haben nichts vermisst. Sogar eine Senseo Pad-Kaffeemaschine ist vor Ort. Die Lage ist super: 75 Schritte bis ins Meer sprechen für sich. Ruhig, in 2.Reihe gelegen, abseits der Hauptstraße. Restaurant, Bäcker und kleiner Shop usw. sind um die Ecke. Wir haben 2 entspannte Wochen dort verbracht. Ivan und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Sehr angenehm auch der Willkommensgruß in flüssiger Form... The apartment is fully equipped, elegant arranged and offered any comfort we needed, we didn’t miss anything. Even a Senseo pad coffeemaker is available. The location is super: 75 footsteps to the sea speak for itself. Quiet, in the 2nd row, away from main street. Bakery, a restaurant and a small shop and so on are around the corner. We spent 2 relaxing weeks there. Ivan and his wife are friendly, open and helpful hosts. We appreciated the fluid welcome address…

Das Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir (Ehepaar mit 11-jähriger Tochter) haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und geben auch gerne Auskünfte. Die Ausstattung ist top! Alles ist sehr sauber. Es blieben wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand ist direkt über der Straße, ein sehr gutes kroatisches Restaurant (Jadran) und ein kleiner Supermarkt 200 m entfernt. Pizzeria und Bar liegen ca. 500 m weg. Die nächste Stadt Sibenik liegt ca. 7 km entfernt (Altstadt, wunderschön). Es ist also alles in der nahen Umgebung vorhanden. Der Ort ist eher ruhig, also keine Partystadt. Wir haben zwei entspannende Wohchen im Appartement Lux verbracht. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber,hell mit grosser Terasse. Der Strand liegt wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Ein Lebensmittelladen und ein Restaurant sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig.
