About this house rental
Oakwater Resort is just off HWY192, less than 2.5 miles from Disney's doorstep in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, these main floor townhomes are a wonderful home base for your vacation. This home is decorated in warm jewel tones and tranquil colors, offering a stylish and relaxing atmosphere.
The living room and dining room open onto the screened patio. Sliding patio doors lead out to a cozy, covered lanai with great views and no rear neighbors! The living room features comfortable furniture and a huge flat screen tv, with extended cable and free high speed internet. The fully equipped kitchen is open to to the main living areas. All linens, towels, kitchen utensils and dishes are provided.
The master has a king sized bed, a wall mounted, flat screen tv and a full ensuite with a walk in shower. This bedroom is located towards the back of the condo making g it a private, relaxing suite. The queen bedroom also has a flat screen tv. The third bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed. These bedrooms share a hall bath.
Make use of the huge community pool and spa. Let the kids frolic in the splash fountain or tire them out at the awesome playground. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, just in case you can squeeze some exercise into your vacation time! Take a walk on the paved pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with trees and gardens

Had a great stay. The Property management co was fabulous and so responsive (Paradise). Close to Disney. Property was quiet and suited us well. Loved it was all one floor with no stairs.

We had an excellent stay! The location is so close to the Disney parks, and we loved being so close to Walmart so we could pick up any essentials we needed within short walking distance. The beds were comfortable, but very high up so if you are short, it could pose problems being able to get into and out of the bed comfortably. Also, the lockbox was very high up and posed a problem for us, but Angie was very helpful when we reached out about it. I highly suggest the owner invests in getting a keyless entry lockbox, for ease for their guests. Overall, really good stay. I wish there was a sidewalk that went around the lake. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub, and location was best feature!

Perfect size for our family and close proximity to all the Disney parks. Very clean and comfortable. Having a Walmart right next door was extremely helpful even though it's the busiest one we've ever been to. Overall we will remember this property and use again.
