Steps to Ocean and Lake. Beautiful unobstructed water views. Watch sunrise and sunset from your elevated private balcony. Plenty of off street parking and wide street. Includes 4 beach badges. Walk to town for shopping and dining or stroll the boardwalk to nearby Asbury Park and Bradley Beach. Well stocked kitchen. Dining room area. 2 Bedrooms. 1 bath. Air conditioning in each bedroom and living area. Ceiling fans. Sleeps 4 plus a futon bed for the guest that shouldn’t be driving. Walk up the stairs to the third floor apartment. Pets are permitted upon prior written approval. Additional fees required per pet per day.

The location is outstanding and the views of the lake and ocean are excellent. Easy walk to the Ocean Grove Beach and board walk. 10 minute walk to Asbury Park beach. The porch, with the view, was such a great place to unwind after the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. The apt. was well equipped and the futon worked great for my adult son who came last minute. AC worked excellent as it was a very hot week. Looking forward to another stay.

We had a really lovely time at this property. Its best features are its proximity to the beach and that wonderful balcony with its ocean view and wonderful breezes. John and Jane were very responsive and made sure we knew they were available if we had any problems at all. We hope to return next summer.
