Canal-Front Home with Private Dock

Come visit our cute and fully-equipped, canal-front home located in the Terramar Beach Community of beautiful Galveston, TX! The property is located on the canal and provides a quiet, family-friendly getaway with great fishing right off the deck! Feel like the beach? The Community allows you to drive right up to the sand.

The house is situated facing north-south, so you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the wrap-around deck all year-round. Enjoy a lazy day by the community pool or at the private beach just one-short mile from the house.

Fish right off the pier downstairs or take a quick one-block walk to wade fish in the Bay. Use the private community boat ramp to access the bay and pull right up to the house!

House Features
Downstairs features include an outdoor BBQ grill, private fishing deck with an underwater greenlight for night time fishing, along with an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.

Upstairs features include a wrap-around deck, a large open-concept living and dining room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

The master bedroom consists of a queen bed with a gel-infused memory foam mattress. Walk out the door of the master bedroom to find the wrap-around deck and enjoy gorgeous sunrises!

The second bedroom is perfect for kids and adults alike. It consists of a bunkbed with two full-sized mattresses (top and bottom) and a pull-out twin for additional space. Also, in the bedroom is a wall-mounted tv with a DVD player.

Both bedrooms come fully-stocked with pillows and blankets and large closets.

The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, cookware, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, etc. Everything you need to make a quick lunch or five-course meal. Don’t feel like cooking? Visit some of our local favorite places, from the café down the street to the numerous restaurants on The Strand and Seawall of Galveston.

The bathroom contains a shower/bath combo and plenty of space to get ready in the morning. A starter kit of toilet paper, soap, and shampoo/conditioner is provided for your convenience.

The living room includes plenty of space with two-large couches. One of the couches even has a pull-out bed for additional sleeping. The living room includes a Smart tv with wi-fi included.

About the Owners
We have lived in and around Galveston for the majority of our lives! We purchased this vacation home a little over a year ago, because we just can’t get enough of the relaxing beach culture and amazing fishing.
