1 king/2 queen 2 bath with 2 trundle beds. Sleeps 10. Newly remodeled home on the Intercoastal Waterway, at Perdido Key/ Theo Baar Bridge. PRIVATE DOCK FOR YOUR BOAT IN NO WAKE ZONE. Large sunroom facing the water, LARGE YARD. Fire pit by the water. Minutes to great restaurants 1 mile to Johnson Beach. Plenty of parking for boat trailer and extra vehicles. WONDERFUL LOCATION !!

Great house….perfect dock if you have a boat. Great accommodations.

The house was great. Really enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the Boat Parade. Only 5 minutes to the beach and we walked to dinner one night, at Fisherman's Corner. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook every day. Great location! Close to grocery stores restaurants and shopping. Even got our nails done all in Perdido Key. Will definitely stay

My family and I had a fantastic time. House was everything we expected and more. Very clean and comfortable. All furnishings and interiors seemed to be in new condition. The pier was a fantastic bonus with fishing available for our son. We will certainly consider staying here again on our next visits
