Summer and winter, this house in a traditional style will welcome families and groups of friends thanks to its 10 beds distributed in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bath, 3 WC), its equipped kitchen, its spacious dining table and its various facilities conducive to convivial moments!
For your getaway trips, facing the vineyards, you will take advantage of the swimming pool by taking a short dip. Chilly people may also prefer to take a nap near the summer kitchen. To tell it to yourself by having an aperitif, nothing like a little game of ball or molki located outside while others may try their hand at the pool table inside!
Relaxing or active, you will find in my home and around what to satisfy you.
Located in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône and the Signargues appellation, whose terroir is close to that of Châteauneuf du Pape (30mn), you will be pleased to visit the surrounding cellars with the possibility of tasting.
Notice to lovers of art and culture or ballads, this house is located between the Pont du Gard (10mn), the Avignon Festival and its Palace of the Popes (15mn), the Arenas of Nîmes (30mn), Arles (45mn), the Ancient Theater of Orange (30mn), les baux de Provence (40mn), the vast Camargue beaches less than 1 hour away ... Without forgetting the children with the Haribo candy museum at the gates of Uzès (30 mins), the crocodile farm in Pierrelatte (50 mins).
At the foot of the scrubland, ideal for nature walks, hikes or mountain bike outings.
