    "I came to Lucknow to get my mother treated at SGPGI. After spending the whole day at the hospital, I was extremely tired and expected a peaceful night's rest. Unfortunately, the electricity tripped several times during the night, making the AC completely useless and disturbing my sleep repeatedly. It was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I would not recommend this hotel."

    No ac, no geyser, stained bedsheet. room full with cigerette beads, didnt even provide towel for bath. had to sleep in another hotel even though i paid
