About this house rental
This brand new 5 bedroom + loft custom built home is a true luxury rental. The home is 5000+ square feet with hardwood, tile, and carpeted floors throughout. It features a large family great room with cathedral ceilings and a 60' flat screen TV, a wood burning fireplace, a pool table, as well as a full size sports bar with 2 50' flat screen TVs. Adjacent to the great room is a hot tub room featuring a 7 person Marquis Spa with a Bluetooth stereo. The kitchen will please the gourmet chef in you with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a center island that has an additional service sink and wine fridge and a dining table for ten. The master suite has a private bathroom with a custom walk-in rain shower and a jetted tub for two. There are three additional guest rooms and a bunk room with full/single, single/single bunk beds and a loft with 2 single beds which overlooks the great room. The walkout basement has a mud room for all your ski/ boarding equipment and an additional living area perfect for kids with a TV, air hockey, foosball, and a Ms.PacMan machine. There is also a gym with free weights. The backyard has a large deck equipped with a BBQ and dining set, a fire pit, a sledding hill for the kids, and a large wrap around covered porch.

This home easily accommodated 11 adults, 6 children and 2 dogs. It was a comfortable setting.Fireplace, pool table, & hot tub were constantly being used. Sliding hill, pac man & ping pong table was favorites of our children. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed to cook all meals. Groceries were close by for anything we forgot to bring. Dining table fit all 17 of us easily, with a puzzle at one end. Furniture although worn was comfortable. The host was available to answer our questions by text. He was very responsive.

The house was great! Four families stayed together with plenty of room and lots to entertain us. Great location to visit Mt Snow. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The house was very big and able accommodate many people. We were able to have people stop by and be there to pay respects to our mom who passed way a couple weeks prior. The house desperately needs to be cleaned. There was a thick layer of dust on the furniture, lamps, baseboards etc. the bathrooms could have used a better cleaning and there was no shampoo and the bath soap was used. The beds are hard and the pillows flat. There is considerable water damage throughout the house. You can see water damage in the corners of all the rooms and the seams in the ceilings. There was a balloon of water in the great room that looked as if it would burst over the pool table at any time. The pool table was a hit with the kids but the bar itself was unusable as was the wine fridge in the kitchen. Luckily it was cold so we could put drinks outside. With some updates and a good cleaning this place would be worth the money
