This condo is Pet Friendly!! Dogs only! If you are bringing your furry friend there is an additional $100 pet fee to us and $150 per pet to the front desk along with a $100 per pet dog lead fee that is refundable when returned at the end of your stay. Please let us know prior to booking if you will be bringing your dog. Please note some breeds of canine are not permitted by the complex' HOA.

This 2 bedroom. 2 bath top floor unit in Phoenix on the Bay II is spectacular! The lavish custom Cherry kitchen with full-height granite backsplashes, countertops and stainless steel appliances is ideal for any gathering! The unit is also equipped with a full wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker. This condo can accommodate dining for 10 and sleeps 5, with plenty of space. The master suite is spacious with an enormous master bath, complete with his/her sinks, jetted corner tub and full shower. You'll also enjoy the large utility room with full-sized washer and dryer. This unit is expertly decorated and everything is new. The building has many amenities for your enjoyment as well, including an expansive lazy river and children's splash pool, putt putt, roof top tennis and basketball courts, full gym, indoor heated pool and Jacuzzis, outdoor grills, boat slips and a lighthouse!

Perfect unit just minutes from the public beach. Unit was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. This was our first visit staying on the bay as we had decided to bring our dogs with us. Facility was very pet friendly with multiple dog runs and even a little beach by the docks that we were allowed to take them on. Outdoor pool area was very nice also.

**Disclaimer; we own rental properties in the GSOB area and do take reviews lightly.**
The property was great with well maintained amenities and accommodating staff. The lazy river might not be the longest in the GSOB area, but in our opinion is most well maintained, not a single jet or tile was in disrepair. Also, the dock and landscaping was immaculate. The only recommendation for the property is to provide tubes/floats for the lazy river as other properties do. Most properties provide floats and forbid outside floats, which prompts people to leave floats at home as we did. This ding falls on the unit management for not being clear in the listing. Finally, the view was awesome!
The unit itself has great potential, and some current high points, but needs work before renting again. Things that didn’t work or needed attention;
-hood vent
-cookware worn out(non-stick worn off, stainless burnt , etc.)
-no pans fit the small oven
-guest bathroom fan not working
-knives are dull, really dull, like won’t cut a wet paper sack dull
-kitchen sink sprayer is 80% clogged
-living room set upholstery dirty
-dining room chairs falling apart/pleather delaminating
We contacted Phoenix Vacation Rentals and spoke with Julie who assured us they would fix the issues during our stay, which never happened. We attempted to schedule repairs two consecutive days and maintenance was a no show.
Overall the unit could use updating, but this is subjective and may not be reflective of everyone’s taste. We recommend avoiding this unit until repairs are made.
