Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 All Stay
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the bench or bin daily to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. FEES MAY APPLY.
Some resorts may not accept them.

We had an amazing time staying here! It was clean and well taken care of! We loved having our own pool! I loved that it was super fast and easy to get ahold of the property managers if needed!

Villa was as shown in photos and close to Disney. We had a few issues-code for Villa door which should be last 4 of your phone # didn't work ( emerg # for complex gave us one that worked), there were no wash cloths & only about 8 towels ( place can sleep 6 & we were party of 4 girls) trash had to be driven to a compactor and we actually took our recycles home. Other issue the wifi info in the book didn't match info on the fridge so we didn't have wifi for the 1st day & girls had homework. Departure req. says you must wash all towels except for any used morning of but no supplies provided-luckily we brought our own but for travellers flying in not planning on driving a problem.
