Owner and staff are very pleasant and friendly, Enayat called us almost daily to ask if we needed anything and if we did it was delivered fast. Good location and very clean.

This is my fourth time staying here and honestly, it feels like a home away from home. The staff are incredibly kind and always treat me like family. The apartment is spotless, well equipped with everything you need (including a washing machine), and very comfortable. I usually arrive late due to my flights, but there is always someone available to assist you 24/7!! support makes such a difference. Me and my son truly enjoyed our stay every time.

I flew in from the U.S. and chose The Stay, and I’m so glad I did. I felt very safe with the gated entrance, which was important to me. I had a procedure done and needed a quiet place to recover, and this was the perfect place. I was also working from my room during my entire stay, and the WiFi was super fast and reliable with no issues at all. The WiFi was faster than the internet speed at my house. Ms. Enaiyat is wonderful. Very communicative and always quick to respond to my messages. Ahmad, who works the night shift, is amazing as well. Every time he saw me, he would ask if I needed anything and was always ready to help. The rooms are very clean, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. I slept so well. Honestly, I slept better than I do at home. I will only stay at The Stay next time I come to Cairo. Overall, The Stay far exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed.
