We absolutely loved our stay at Eselbe - Rupert is super friendly and welcoming. A great place to hang, relax and meet other people. The food was also brilliant. There's everything you might need. Would have happily stayed a bit longer if possible!
Nothing! Just make sure to bring earplugs if you'd like an early night or a lie-in as the rooms are close to the communal areas.

The people were wonderful, we felt right at home. The dogs and cats, all animals in fact, most friendly. The compound lush (ancient Marula tree!) and comfy. The huts unconventionally beautiful.
When we make it back to Nata we shall return!

Great place to meet people and mingle around the fire at night. Fully equipped, functional kitchen and entertaining staff. Kayaks are available, although the river scenery is nothing special and wildlife is scarce. Very fast Wi-Fi.
Little privacy in the cottages, especially the one next to the kitchen. Very cold at night because of the porous walls.
