Texas Townhome Condos are located right in the Village, along the banks of Gore Creek Located just a short 3 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, or a 3 minute walk to Riva Bahn and Gold Peak. Two bedroom condo allows extra living space; free WIFI; free uncovered parking.
This two bedroom suite features 900 square feet of living space; one king bed; two twin beds; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

This was an ideal location for a ski trip - I would stay here again. A five-minute walk to the least-used base lift at Vail, so we hardly had any lift lines the whole time. And a quick walk into the village for dinner. The place itself is very comfortable and almost fully stocked (no grinder for coffee beans; everything else was great). To make it perfect, they should put a hot tub on the deck!

The condo was cozy and roomy for our family. Great location walking distance to ski lifts and Vail village.Beds are comfy!I would say the condo needs more bath towels though and to offer shampoo, conditioner for guests.Other than that the trip is was great!
