Built-in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. The property was very well maintained and clean. Great location. Only two things wrong. The HVAC was very poor. It is ridiculous to need to run multiple box fans in the master bedroom as there is no air supply. The window really needs curtains or better shades as at night it is as bright as daytime making it difficult to sleep. Hot and bright don't work well for peaceful sleep.

The location of the property was great, but we did have some issues with hot water. The property managers did work with getting the issue resolved, but the owner most likely needs to install a water heater larger than 40 gallons in order to accommodate 6 guests. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the cleanliness as there were still finger prints and debris on the TV and sand still all over the floor. There did appear to be mold in the jets of the tub and corner of the baseboard in the master bath. Furniture could definitely be updated. We ended up having a good vacation, however I probably wouldn’t stay in this particular condo again, but would stay at Majestic.
