About this house rental
This oceanfront property has incredible views from the roof top deck, and beautiful ocean views from the living room. The house has 3 bedrooms, with one in the lower level with a shower bath. Renovated kitchen. Access to a shared private beach is just a 100 foot stroll down the boardwalk. Mini split ac in living room, along with each bedroom having a window ac. Features include wood floors, wireless internet, a 65 inch flatscreen TV and a gas grill. There's also a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, deck with patio table and chairs, grill and chaise lounges.
Close distance to many restaurants including the Sailing Cow, the Dog house, Joey's Pizza, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's and Chapin's Fish and Chips.

The house was steps to the private beach, and offered amazing views of the water. The house was clean. The bedrooms were just as described. However, not well described was the fact that two hours before and after high tide the beach completely disappears twice per 24 hours, making the useable private beach limited. Additionally, the basement bedroom was so musty that it was impossible to sleep down there the first two nights, the smell was too strong. Running the AC unit and opening the windows helped but if you wanted a three bedroom house you would be disappointed upon check in.

This is the perfect getaway both in the home and the area around it. The house was the perfect size for the four of us, clean and within walking (and driving) distance for many places. While you do lose the beach during high tide, the view is still incredible. You will not be disappointed.

The house was clean and well stocked.The air conditioning was could and the needs were comfortable.The rooftop deck was an added plus.Unfortunately, the beach disappears at high tide and there isn't a yard. But there are two public beaches within walking distance.
