Private fenced yard with HEATED built-in pool with diving board, and new slide. A gas fire-pit and grill for your outdoor cooking… Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen with a Viking stove, and spices for the select chef. Electric Fire place, along with new, state of the art INFINITY DIGITAL GAMING TABLE. All board games imaginable, on this cutting-edge digital game table…Sleeps 6 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds…One full and 1/2 Bath. Garage and second driveway available. Located 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Close to the MetroPark system and Cuyahoga Valley National Park hiking/biking trails. Our home is perfect for families, business stays, or romantic get-aways. People have reviewed this home as their own “Private Resort”. We just added an outdoor pavilion which covers the hot tub. This will be a heated area. Please note—Our home is NOT intended or available for weddings, parties or entertaining of any sort, no guests, and a MAXIMUM of 6 people on property at all times. We reserve the right to ask for ID’s to verify our guests. NO LOCAL RENTALS. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO HAVE A PARTY, NO EXCEPTIONS, please do NOT ask, (so many people still try).
