Just as advertised. Community is very quiet. People are nice. Microwave didn't work but the host told us about it and told us what we could do if we did need that. The tiki hut was great and super relaxing to sit under in the morning and evening.

We had a few minor problems but John resolved them quickly . The property was excellent would stay there again. Again John was an very good property manager.

Very clean, safe, quiet and pretty community. People are very friendly and welcoming to renters. There were many socials during our one month stay (pig roast, Tuesday potlucks, music events). Fifteen Minutes + away from everything but a Publix grocery and a truck stop.
Our casita was great, and very well equipped. There was no grill as advertised. Stovetop is induction and could have used a better non stick skillet, but otherwise well equipped kitchen for cooking. The king bed was very comfortable but high. A step stool was provided but you might want to bring another one also or just ask the office for one, John was always available and helpful if anything was needed.
