It was amazing place to stay with family and kids especially in weekends and holiday the property was very tidy and clean and swimming pools as well.the staff officer From Egypt welcomed us with great hospitality I am really impressed and thankful for such a respectful behavior.
Nothing everything was maintained more than expectations.

Pool was good with warm water but there was no marking for the depth change. There is a sharp steep in pool which makes uncomfortable for the 1st time. Birds area was good
The beds were very hard, no wifi, showers were broken and small showers were installed as alternate.

Swimming pool, ambiance and quite place.
Location is very remote,nothing available in near vicinity. Parks and attractions very far. Single road near the chalets makes driving difficult at night. Chaltes with lots of flies and ants. Well designed but not maintained. Leakage in taps.Not exactly Taif quite far from city.
