Villa Manoir

We had a nice stay at Villa Manoir. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful Anse Lazio beach is about a 15-minute walk away, although you should be prepared for an uphill walk on both ways. Mr. Rooney was a very kind and welcoming host. He served a tasty breakfast every morning and was always helpful and attentive. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was that the plumbing and bathroom fixtures are quite old.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Service was outstanding, breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable, the AC cooled the entire unit (rare in the Seychelles), the location near Anse Lazio was perfect, and we especially appreciated having a washing machine to do laundry.

The apartment was bigger and better than I expected from the photos WiFi was working fine Got a welcome smoothie and some bananas I asked for only fresh fruit for breakfast and after reconfirming it several times, I got it

There was noisy construction a few metres further but I was informed about it before coming. They had some used books available at the reception but when I asked if I could take one of them, the answer was no. Never happened to me at any other hotel around the world because reading a lot, I always exchange books at the accommodations I stay at or they just let me take one of those they have there from previous guests. Not sure how to explain but the vibe I got there was not the best

The location was good. There is a bus stop right outside the property. Thumbs up to Ronnie for arranging a very early packed breakfast on our last day!

It was hot in the room, but the AC did not cool. It's an old unit and needs servicing or replacement!
