Welcome to our home, this spacious 1 bedroom 2 full bath Condo was remodeled in March 2017, new kitchen, flooring and furniture, including a queen sleeper. This unit offers 2 AC located in bedroom and living area. You'll love the amenities and location. lush landscaping, Multiple BBQ areas, 2 pools, tennis courts, all located across from the Beach (kamaole Beach Park II). Plenty of local dining and rental/activity shops all within walking distance, there is a great hiking trail located costs edge.

We have stayed at the Banyan for 18 years. This unit for the last 4 years. Never a disappointment and this year the groundskeeping was above and beyond. Whole resort has been refreshed. It was 5 weeks of heaven (2 storms notwithstanding). Mahaloh

We just returned home from spending a glorious 3 weeks in H310. The room was quiet and comfortable. Maui Banyan is the best place to book your next vacation in paradise--you won't be sorry!

The Lanai was very nice, clean and cozy. It was spacious enough for our family of four. There were all the necessary amenities. It's close to the parking lot and really close to the beach, even a walking distance to many of the stores and cafes. The host was always quick to reply to our messages and easy to communicate with. I recommend the stay.
