This beautiful 1 1/2 story home with 4 bedrooms features a king size bed in master, a queen and 2 full beds in the upstairs and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The finished basement is the 4th bedroom with 3 full beds and a full bathroom. The home is located on 3 1/2 acres of property with gorgeous mountain views and a private swimming pool for your use. The large driveway allows for parking multiply vehicles and boats. You can have your boat in the water in a matter of minutes or lounge by the pool. We have a baby bed and high chair located in the master bedroom closet for use if you have an infant. Come enjoy Dale Hollow Lake, golfing, or relax and enjoy the conforms of Southern Charm/Lake Winds. Its a great place for your family vacation..

We enjoyed our friend’s DHL trip, which we’ve been doing for over 40 years, despite the weather! The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Plenty of room for 3 couples, comfortable beds and ample room to work together in the kitchen. Although we didn’t get to use the pool it would have been nice to have if we had nicer weather. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. Overall a great stay!

Great location. Just a short 5 minute drive to Sunset Marina. Dairy Queen was 2 minutes and other restaurants in town were just a short drive. Yard was large for our dog. We loved the view from the back porch overlooking the cattle pasture. Charles was great with communication.

Spacious rooms and farmhouse feel. Clean but dated we had challenges with TV in master and never got it to work. Washer and dryer but no laundry products provided, not even 1-2 detergent pods which would have been nice. Speaking of soap, none in bathrooms for showering. so BYO. Older appliances and no ice maker in fridge. Good fire pit area but bring lighter or matches as none onsite we could find. Ample parking. There was no communication from host even after texting to ask about turnaround area for our boat/trailer. Main draw is convenient location to the lake and Sunset Mariana.
