About this villa rental
Private Villas of Bali, featuring two sprawling luxury ocean facing cliff top pool villas, is located in an exclusive cliff top estate on Bukit Pandawa, between Nusa Dua and Uluwatu. The villas are set 90 meters above the white sands and pristine waters of Pandawa Beach and offer a wonderful array of luxury facilities, perfect for
large family holidays and special occasions. All of our employees have been fully vaccinated and received their booster shots and we were one of the first private villas to obtain CHSE hygiene licensing. Please check our photo selection for full copies of these licenses.
Villa Tirta Kencana is a spectacular cliff top luxury villa with 7 Suites and Studios atop the development with 160 degree ocean views, infinity pool and several living and dining rooms.
Enjoy stunning surrounding ocean views, spectacular private swimming pools, cool breezes, soothing music and the faint sounds of the waves crashing on Pandawa Beach directly below the cliff.
Three world class golf courses (Nusa Dua and Pecatu) are only 20 minutes away whilst the adjacent “Bukit Pandawa Golf Course” offers a very exciting par three course experience. The villas further offer easy access to some of Bali’s best beaches and surf sites and a wide variety of restaurants, hotels and shops in Nusa Dua and Jimbaran, with its famous seafood restaurants. With the new over water Mandara expressway even Seminyak and Sanur are now within easy reach.
Each villa offers several dining and living rooms, an open kitchen, ocean view terraces and dramatic pool settings and have a variety of king and twin bedded suites and studios, all with full en-suite bathrooms. Complimentary broadband Wi-Fi, cable TV, extensive movie and song libraries, a Play station 4 console and multi zone Bose sound systems are available.
Our beautiful life style villas are the perfect venues for blissful stays and private escapes, intimate gatherings, weddings and celebrations and extended stays or even small corporate gatherings and meetings.
The villas can be rented individually or together ( they are a 3 minute stroll apart within the same gated community) and should there be a need for additional accommodation, arrangements can be made with neighbouring villas. Our professionally trained teams, including dedicated villa chefs, prides itself on their warm-hearted, intuitive and pampering services and delicious villa cuisine with homecooked Indonesian, Balinese and International specialties.
Blissful and relaxing massages, manicure and pedicure treatments on our private Spa Terrace can be arranged by appointment and we gladly assist with planning activities of the entire family.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tirta Kencana. Could not have been more happy with the house and staff. Everything from the check in process through checkout was seamless. Ai and her staff always went out of their way to ensure we had the best vacation possible.
The pictures don't do the house justice. It is stunning!
