Family friendly resort with trail access right outside of the door. Good value for a family especially with all of the amenities. We enjoyed using the pools, frisbee golf and resort amenities. The condo listed a washer/dryer which we didn't have access to. Condo could use a deep clean, sheets were clean but can tell they are quickly cleaning between guests. Dusty spots and some dog hair. Condo is a bit dated but we weren't there to hangout indoors so was fine for our family.

I’ve been at the 7th mountain a couple times, first time with this owner. Appreciated the number of beds. There was not extra bedding though for the pullout- there were some blankets so we used those. There was only 1 roll of paper towels, so thankfully I had brought my own. There wasn’t any dish soap to hand wash dishes so I used what was available. Liked all the hooks to be able to hang our coats and snow pants- somewhere to place boots would be helpful- didn’t want to leave them on the carpet. Overall a good stay, and I would stay again!

We had a great time at the resort, many activities that we got to enjoy and more that we didn’t, like the pool because it was a little crowded since the other pool was under construction. It was nice to have the hiking trails just outside our condo and the river a few minutes away where we got to see some water rafters. The condo was overall cute, very convenient to have two bathrooms and two nice size beds for adults. We were disappointed that the seasonings provided were expired and one main pan didn’t have a lid so we ended buying one at the store to be able to cook our meals. The master bathroom shower doesn’t have an edge to keep water from going all over the floor and avoid slipping. We saw that the bed mattresses and pillows had stains on them when we took sheets/covers off for housekeeper to wash them, owner should have bed mattresses cleaned or replaced and covered with leakproof mattress covers. Furniture was cute but having worked with vacation owners and assisting them with staging their properties, I would suggest for owner to have a smaller table, little bigger sofa and take at least one side chair out to feel more roomy, take out the little rack at entrance and put basket (hanging in kitchen wall) on island for those items. The fan/heater (not sure what it was) in master bedroom should be cleaned, had a lot of dust on it (didn’t use it). Would also have more comfortable patio chairs on deck. With just those few changes, it would make a big difference!

good impression. Two light bulbs out. No tissues in dispensers. Poor coffee maker and no complimentary coffee. Get a Keurig and provide some K cups.
