Rare and VERY LARGE 3 master bedroom with 3 en suite bathrooms! Off the beaten path (yet close walk to everything), this ocean view condo is an end unit Penthouse, and where you want to be! A sunrise view to start the day from the east mountains and Diamond Head in one suite, that stretches out past Ala Moana and West for postcard sunsets in another suite!! There is a Master bath in each Bedroom, 3 lanais to relax, a small yet efficient kitchen, valet parking (for a fee), and did we mention the panoramic views? ALL bedrooms overlook the Ala Wai canal as well, where guests can watch the canoe races or stroll along the canal. Being an end unit, our guests will soak in a 180 degree view starting from the Ko'olau Mountains and merging into the deep Pacific Blue Ocean! Feel at home with central a/c, cable TV, and FREE high speed internet! It is a short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.
Ali'i Beach Rentals guests who stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki, which is a Wyndham property, are invited to take advantage of the fitness center, relax at the outdoor pool & garden area after a full day of playing in paradise. Free use of the laundry room is also part of the package. Daily housekeeping is not included.
The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. You're a mere stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. Lounge around and enjoy the panoramic ocean views, walk down the street to your favorite Waikiki restaurant, or spend a lazy afternoon just lounging on the beach. This location has it all!

The property is great and check-in was a breeze. The bedrooms are large and extremely comfortable. Even though the kitchen is small, it was well thought out with the layout. One suggestion would be to have a small shelf in the showers to put soap, shampoo, etc. a convenient/short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean-City Panoramic PH Condo. There was a little hiccup with the check in process, but a call to property manager quickly resolved the issue. We didn't get the code to the door via email. He tried sending it again put it didn't come in, he also tried texting it, but the link was stripped out of the text. I suspect the security protocols on email and text were the reason. Just be aware Royal Garden is a timeshare, so the front desk and concierge are only there for the owners of the time share. The front desk will tell you to contact the owner, the concierge will direct you to the Holiday Inn down the street. Overall, it was a beautiful place and wonderful experience!

Great Walkable Location, But Unit Needs Attention It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and the beach which was convenient. Valet is expensive at 50/day. But, the staff at the Royal Garden Wyndham were great!There is a musty, moldy smell, and at times a sewage odor when entering the unit. The A/C was turned off when we arrived, and it was 85F inside. It took several hours to cool down, which made for an uncomfortable start. The unit would benefit from room-darkening curtains, as the heat and sun come in throughout the day.The furnishings are worn and not particularly functional for a group of six. The couches in the living room are small and only seat about four people. Small TV in living room and two bedrooms; one bedroom no TV. The beds were uncomfortable and need new mattresses. The bathroom fixtures are worn, and the showers are small, not great for anyone 6 feet tall.Alii Beach Rentals provides minimal supplies for a 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit. Each bathroom had one (1 oz) shampoo, body wash, and lotion. No bar soap provided. There was also no hand soap in the kitchen. Bring your own coffee or coffee pods, none are supplied. There’s no ice available in the unit either; you’ll need to make it using trays or purchase ice yourself.
