Unfortunately, not as advertised

The location of the property is excellent. A short walk (uphill) to the ski lifts for a start in the morning. Also walking into town only took 5 minutes

Unfortunately there are many things about the property that are not as advertised. First of all, even though it says on this website there is parking available, there is not parking available to holiday guests. This is very annoying especially when you have to pay an extra €105 to park for the week in town. To have to pay extra for bed linen, towels and for beds to be made on arrival does not feel right - particularly bearing in mind the cost of the apartment. The advert says the apartment has free WiFi. This is a stretch to say the least, with speeds never getting above 2Mbps. This makes watching streaming services, downloading etc impossible. To try and work in the property whilst away for the week was a nightmare. Again for the cost of the apartment to not have at least “good” WiFi seems wrong. There is not a proper oven in the property despite being advertised. There is a small “oven ring” as part of a small microwave but this is not what was expected in a full kitchen - or usable for a family of 4 to eat together. The apartment is not that clean. Underneath the toilet and basin in the sink is quite dirty. Finally there are not any satellite channels on the TV as advertised. Having stayed and skied in France many times over the years, we were really disappointed with how this property turned out. Clementine (the resort manager) was helpful and attentive but the property is not as advertised. If I had known about the actual living experience of the property, I would not have booked here.

Make sure you take note that sheets and towels are not automatically provided. You need to either bring your own or organise through a service provider - the details are provided in the booking confirmation email. It could be easily missed . You will also be. Barged separately for the local taxes on top of what you’ve paid through booking.com. Only a few euros but be prepared for the request.

Clean, great facilities, amazing location, incredible host.

clean, excellent decor. excellent host and communication. the location was amazing with great facilities. the kitchen had ample utilities. would love to come and stay again.

the wifi wasn’t working whilst we stayed here, however we understand that was a one off occurrence. the linen cost was larger than we anticipated.

Good location, perfect for 2-3 people

Great location, very near to the ski bus stop and a short walk into Le Lac. well equipped kitchen, warm and cosy as promised, always plenty of hot water, powerful shower :), good value compared to similar apartments in the area

It could have been cleaner in places and it would have been nicer to have more cupboard space. There is plenty of storage in the apartment, but it is already rather full with “stuff”. Oh and beware of the dining table tipping over!

stay was Ok after the dissapointment with location ws overcome

Location was good but due to the description being with a lake view and it did not have a lake view, a balcony (being on ground floor). The door was barred by a makeshift barrier (maybe they have had problems with break ins. The apartment was dirty when we arrived and we had to clean it before really moving in. The address given by Booking.com was incomplete and gave just the street name and not the actual apartment block name.

Ne vaut pas le prix

La décoration moderne. L’emplacement. La résidence calme. Par contre préparez-vous à marcher pour aller dans les pistes.

La propreté. Le manque d’hygiène. Le tapis dans le salon rempli de poils d’animaux. La poussière en dessous des lits et canapé. Les toiles d’araignées partout. Bref, le ménage n’a pas été fait depuis longtemps. J’ai aspiré l’appartement au moins 3 fois sans parler du tapis. Mon fils de 4 ans avait des poils accrochés dans ses vêtements quand il jouait par terre. Les chaînes basiques ne fonctionnent pas. Donc pas de télé. Connexion wifi médiocre.

Excelente apartamento pero faltó limpieza. Recepción 24h pero con cargo

Excelente apartamento, reformado recientemente, cómodo y bien ubicado.

1. Entramos sin haberlo limpiado en tiempo. Mucho polvo y pelos de animales. Fue muy desagradable y no debería volver a ocurrir. Además aspirador roto. Sin embargo tras quejarnos, enviaron limpieza al día siguiente. 2. En booking pone claramente recepción 24 horas sin cargo. Sin embargo nos cobraron 50 euros por llegar fuera de horario. Esto debería quedar claro en Booking: Recepción 24 h con cargo adicional. Aparte de estos dos problemas, fácilmente solucionables, el apartamento es excelente.
