Front desk staff was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. Spoke very good English. Notably Mr. Kohei who went out of his way to answer any questions and help. Shuttle bus to CFAY was very appreciated as were the friendly drivers.

The staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Annex and our room was large and comfortable.
Maybe a larger breakfast... but the toast and coffee was delicious.

繁華街から少し離れているので静かで過ごしやすかったです
部屋も広めで清潔に保たれていて良かったです
初めて利用させてもらったので地図を頼りに行きましたが
少し場所が分かりづらかったです。

街(夜ご飯)に出るのに近かった。
別館の部屋だったが、エアコン？冷蔵庫？の「ブ〜ン」と云う音が耳について眠れなかった。
