Spacious, outdoor area great for dog, comfy beds, everything was more or less there that was needed, warm , great location on west Cliff

Great location. Large main bedroom and two good en-suites. Dog friendly.

The courtyard was a great addition but it was very dirty. Green all over the patio, table and chairs were filthy. It could be lovely if it was deep cleaned and there were plants added. Not that clean, dusty, rugs in main bedroom are filthy. Lack of drawers for such a big room also. Rug needed in lounge as cold stone floor.

The private courtyard was perfect and secure for the dogs. Hosepipe for cleaning. Bedrooms comfy and en-suites great 👍

Seating in lounge wasn’t great for four adults. Be good if there was an extra easy chair maybe kept in large bedroom and moved if needed.

Well-appointed with good bedroom layouts and ensuite bathrooms.

4pm check-in is very unsatisfactory especially with a 10am check-out. On arrival the parking permit was missing which caused anxiety waiting for the permit to arrive 40-minutes later, whilst the car was parked on the street behind the property. Apartment is basically in the basement with no views front or back from the property. Needs a deep clean. There was a mortice lock on the gate, however the bolt didn't reach the locking housing so it provided no safety. The main access was a patio door which didn't feel safe and secure, and made us feel vulnerable. The approach to the property is not attractive walking past large industrial bins and through a back passage into an entrance Yard at the back of the property which was unattractive and unkempt. Patio table and chairs hadn't been cleaned for a while. For the price (almost £250 p/night), no additional complementary necessities. In the past we've been welcomed with a pint of milk, a welcome bottle of wine, a loaf of fresh bread. After checking with the host, to my dismay only ONE coffee-pod was the standard between two guests for two nights!
