About this house rental
The waterfront condominium was refurbished in 2018 with a very simple, modern style. It is walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets, 2 malls, and the beach.
This waterfront townhouse-styled condominium is perfect for your stay here in St Lucia. The condominium is part of a gated community of 20 units located in the heart of Rodney Bay, and is one of 8 situated directly on the waterfront.
On entering the space, the fully equipped kitchen is to the right with a laundry directly off of it. The kitchen looks on to the spacious dining and living area with lovely views of the marina waterfront. There is a private patio area to further enjoy the waterfront. On this ground floor level, there is also a half bathroom.
On the 1st floor (2nd level) there is a master bedroom with balcony and waterfront views. The 2nd bedroom is also on this floor. The 3rd bedroom is on the 2nd floor (3rd level). All bedrooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms. The living area also has air conditioning.
***Please note, there is potential for noise during the day and at night as the property is in the heart of Rodney Bay.***

The condo was in a great location with lots of options within walking distance. Beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and malls. The hosts were very responsive and provided detailed information to make accessing the property easy. This is in a gated community so we felt very safe. The housekeeper came during our 8 day stay and she was very pleasant. The hosts also own a company that provides tours and we booked an awesome excursion that I would highly recommend. We booked other excursions with other companies too but the hosts company was our favorite one.
My only issue was the neighbor. They have a small child that screams most of the day as well as a dog that barks a lot. No fault of the host but just a heads up if you are planning to stay here. The neighbors themselves were really nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place if you are planning a trip to St Lucia.

The communication was so smooth and Lyn answered all my questions quickly. My flight was delayed and she even gave me a later check out time with no issues. Would book again.

House was the most complete/stocked place we have ever stayed in.

This Location and Property has everything. You can wall to the grocery stores, 5 min walk to the best beach, has everything you need to feed your family from tableware, cooking ware, spices etc. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed the local food for Lunches but relaxed in the condo after a great day at the beach. They have thought of everything. They even have 2 type of plugs so your electronics do not need an adapter. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We walked around town and went to grocery stores and restaurants and bars. We rented a car but you really don't need everything is in walking distance. They people in and around the area were very friendly we will miss their kindness.
