Nice staff, clean room, location is within short driving distance of Mùi Ne.
Only downside is no local shop if you need water late at night etc, make sure you’re prepared!

it's quiet and the view of the port is very nice, house and rooms are clean and well maintained.
bathroom is very small and basic, the light on the balcony was on all night and we didn't figure out how to switch it off.
in short,.it's solid 7 to 8, but not 9

It's really a little remote, and we had problems to get a grab. Maybe another taxi app would have worked better. It looks on a part of a side-harbor and you can enjoy and also have to hear their work in the morning.
